PROGRAMS
World TaeKwonDo
We currently instruct students in the WTF style of Forms.
American TaeKwonDo and Sport Karate
Students begin instruction with basics of striking and kicking. We include creative styles of forms. Students are taught to use weapons such as kamas, bo, and sword.
Tumbling & Little Dragons
Beginners are taught basics for balance, coordination, strength and to improve their motor skills. Students are introduced to forward rolls, backward rolls, handstands, backbends, splits, and cartwheels. In addition, students are shown back falls, side falls, and forward falls. (Falling down isn't so bad if you know how!)

Point Sparring
Students are taught sport karate point sparring.
Kickboxing
This is the most popular program for ladies looking to build cardio and get back into shape. The program focuses on punching, blocking, kicking, and building stamina!
